To get started, MCA undertakes a Company Health Check – a place to begin.
- Initial Company Health Check, usually free, taking 60 to 90 minutes
- Health Check performed in set ibd-format, fully documented
- Review and agree areas for possible help and support
- Detailed costing provided, broken down into areas of help
- If you wish to proceed
- Identify Work Plan from detailed costings
- Full discussion regarding affordability
- Investigate availability of grants
- Will help you find grant support (if any) for advice or plan implementation
